ABOUT US

EFT Diversified, Inc. was created in 2009 by Erin Talbot with a goal of developing a Diverse Construction Company that prides itself with competent/efficient work, both “on time” and “on budget” with a strong emphasis on employee safety.

In keeping with EFT’s diverse abilities, Erin completed her Louisiana Contractors License classification in Highway, Street and Bridge. Erin hired seasoned Road Construction Estimators, Foremen, site managers and workers forming an effective concrete placement team.

EFT’s Highway, Street and Bridge division concentrates on flat and structural concrete work, including roadways and barriers utilizing our Concrete Slip Form equipment.

In addition, Erin built a robust Construction Materials Supply business. EFT supplied the 14″ prestressed concrete pile to the new New Orleans Airport, HVAC Systems and Sheet Rock to the Recovery School District, Subterranean materials for ongoing City of New Orleans Street projects along with Louisiana State DOTD projects.

EFT’s Road Division specializes in flat concrete work along with slip form concrete work. Our team is second to none for effective no-excuse competent work. EFT has branched out beyond the city of New Orleans and now works statewide in Louisiana.

Erin Talbot built EFT Diversified into a Diverse company as it is Federally Certified as an EDWOSB (Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business) along with HUBZONE Certification.

EFT is SLDBE (State and Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) certified with the City of New Orleans, Sewer & Water Board, New Orleans Airport, Harrahs and the Recovery School District in the following Classifications: Heavy Civil Construction, Building Construction, Highway, Street & Bridge Construction, Mechanical Construction (Statewide), Municipal and Public Works Construction along with being a certified Construction Materials Supplier.

EFT is also DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) Certified with the Louisiana Department of Transportation in Highway, Street and Bridge Construction, Building Construction, Engineering, Structural Excavation along with being a certified DBE Construction Materials Supplier.
